MANGO MINT LASSI





Ingredients:


  • 1 Large Badam* Mango, Peeled, Seeded, and Diced
  • 3 tbsps sugar 
  • 2 tbsps Chopped Fresh Mint
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Cardamom
  • 1 tbsps Lime Juice
  • 2 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Mint for Garnish


* It is preferable to use badam mango but you can also use rajarpuri or totapuri  or alphanso mango as well. 

Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes


Method


Blend the mango,sugar, chopped mint,cardamom, lime juice, and yogurt in a blender on high speed until smooth.

Keep it in Fridge for 20 to 25 minutes to make it chill.( Alternatively you can also add some ice cubes)
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and some mango pieces to serve.
