 MANGO KHEER



Ingredients:

  • 1 Liter Milk
  • 4 Ripe  Rajapuri Mangoes
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Handful of Almonds, Blanched and Sliced
  • Saffron Strands, crushed, soaked in warm Milk


Preparation Time : 20- 30 minutes

  1. Heat the milk so that it thickens for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add cardamom powder and heat so that a thick mixture forms. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Squeeze in the mango juice to the milk-kheer mixture and stir well.
  4. Serve mango rice kheer chilled garnished with almonds and a few saffron strands.
